NSM - Cannot log into the NSM Gui - Affects NSM 2008.2 versions

Issue
Unable to log into the NSM Gui for NSM 2008.2 (r1 and r2). When trying to log into it stays at the "connecting" stage and after a prolonged period it hangs with an empty error box and fails to log you in.
Solution
This is down to an expired digital certificate which expired on the 20th July 2009. This effects the NSM Gui for NSM 2008.2 (r1 and r2). Juniper have release a fix for the issue under KB14842.The JTAC Bulletin reference is PCN-2009-07-453 and can be found at :
