In order to create a trunk port in ESX you need to :

1. Within vSphere or ViClient go to the "Configuration" tab.
2. Select "Networking"
3. Select your "Add Networking".
4. Choose "Virtual Machine" and click "Next"
5. Select your Virtual Switch (or create one), then click "Next"
6. Choose you Network label and then add the VLAN ID as 4095.
7. Click "Next" and then "Finish".
